Site-Based Waiting List Opening for Public Housing
The site-based waiting list for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom Public Housing Rental Assistance Units at Faubourg Lafitte Apartments will open Monday, August 15, 2022 at 9:00 am and will close Monday, October 31, 2022, at 4:00 pm.
ALL APPLICATIONS ARE ELECTRONIC. PAPER APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

All pre-applications will be sorted by date and time of application, with priority given according to the following:
(a) First, to families who are employed and working at least 30 hours per week (b) Second, Head of Households who are Elderly and/or Disabled. (c) Third, to all other applicants.
All applicants must meet eligibility requirements, including occupancy standards, screening, and suitability requirements.
Maximum Annual Household Income for families wanting to live in public housing assisted units at Faubourg Lafitte is based on the number of persons in the household. Below are the current income limits. Income limits are updated annually.
